Ping a user in slack

I would like to see that Workfront would communicate directly with a Slack user to let them know when their task is due or the predecessor has been completed on a project so that it's their turn to do the next task.

The shortcuts are great as a door into Workfront from Slack but an automatic update or ping would be even better.
