Pinned Timesheets takes user to Current Timesheet

The newer Timesheet improvements on the 22.1 release allowed for when a user has a current timesheet, it will open to the current timesheet. This only happens when they click on the link in the main menu. If they pin the Timesheets area, it takes them to the All/My Timesheet area instead.

It should be consistent where pinned Timesheet areas take you to the Current Timesheet as well.
