Populate empty profile picture with user's initials

This would look so much better, especially if it was like William's idea! Would be great if we could get a reason from Workfront as to why this won't be considered

Yes, This is a pet peeve of mine.

Until this feature is added, you may consider my temporary solution.

Would be nice to show department or group if space available.

This would be VERY helpful when looking at a team queue where there are many users w/o pictures uploaded! GREAT IDEA!!

Hi Jennifer. One of my clients felt strongly enough about "at least having initial as a picture for users" that by convention they created simple icons in this very fashion, which the SysAdmin assigned at setup. Similarly, another person used cheeky cartoon characters as an "incentive" for Users to change them.
