Possibility of a wildcard filter in Workload Balancer filters

Is there any way to create a Workload Balancer Unassigned and Assigned Work filter using text mode and wildcards? Managers have asked to have a My Direct Reports type user wildcard filter available in their Workload Balancer view, so they only see their direct reports work. I didn't see any way to set the wildcard filter in Workload Balancer, but didn't know if anyone has any other solutions. Thanks.

hi,

if you create such filter:

and share with anyone relevant it should pull in their direct reports.
