Project name in the subject of the emails

We would want both the task name/issue name AND the name of the project it is in, when generating "New Work Requests" emails. Right now it's just sending a "New Work Request: TASK NAME".

    Yes, this would be so helpful! For example, writers continuously get the task, "Write copy", so more information on the incoming notification would be great.
