Project Settings, Task Settings, Request Settings and Access

Ability to remove the setup details from a users layout when editing projects. We have user's that do not need to be able to alter any of the project setup including Project Settings, Task Settings, Request Settings and Access. The ability to remove these from a user's layout would help immensely.
