Project Status Filter on Proof Approval Report

We would like to see the Proof Approval report have a filter for Project Status. This would make it easier for users to sort through their proofs because, in our case, we would set the project status equal to "current" so that our users are only seeing proofs associated with projects with the "current" status. Without this filter, our reports are displaying all of the proofs that a user has submitted and for some users it is an extensive amount of proofs to sort through.

@yinme Ok thanks for the feedback!

@jbarron Our users would really like to have filter on project status for proof approval reports, because it shows all the pending approvals even for completed projects and there are quite a lot of them.

@yinme on the project name, but not on the project status

@jbarron Thanks for sharing the video walk-through! Is the “Pending Approvals” widget going to have filtering feature on project status?

@david-m-allen yes, just added your environment to Preview and added you to the list.

FYI, for you and also @yinme, I always record a quick overview video whenever we do a release to preview for the new approvals and post it to this page: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/doc-approvals-alpha

This is a great way to quickly get up to speed on all the features you now have enabled.

@jbarronplease also add me to the early release email group. My email is dallen1@purdue.edu. Are you able to enable it in the Preview environment for us as well?

@yinme - Sounds good. It's been enabled in your Preview environment (there isn't a way to enable it solely for a single user, so its enabled for all who use Preview). I've also added you to our early release email group and will email you and Karthick when any new features are released early to Preview for you to take a look at.

@jbarron I work for Scholastic. Please go ahead and enable it in Preview for me and my coworker Karthick

Narasimhan. Thank you for your help!

@yinme For sure! Happy to enable it in Preview for you and add you to our "early test group". What company are you from? Or if you aren't comfortable sharing that here, please reach out to your account manager and they can get in touch with me internally to enable it.

@jbarron This is great news! Is there a way to preview the new experience without having to enable it in production?
