Projects Status Report

Hi Rebecca -- Here is a basic Project Dashboard my team uses to show project status. It's fairly simplistic, and you can customize to see whatever columns you'd need! See the screenshot named "DashboardScreenshot.png" for an overall view.

It basically consists of 2 reports with the same Filters, just organized slightly differently to get this view.

Filters used on both reports:

• Portfolio ID = Marketing Portfolio and
• Project Name Contains MKT and
• Project Status = Current

I then do groupings in the Projects by Condition pie chart to show the overall quantity of projects that are either In Trouble, At Risk or On Target, and then you can click in to see each pie segment listed out by name of Project.

The groupings I have sat up in the Program & Projects report is by Program & by Project Owner, and then I've customized which columns you see so it's easy to see the status of each line item by who owns it, the description of what it is, the Tier of our projects, when it's supposed to be completed, the % of completion, and the condition that matches the above pie chart.

I think it would be pretty simple to customize the columns to see what you list out above!
