Proof deadlines showing wrong times

Different users are seeing different times on their Proof deadlines. This has caused problems and confusion. I have confirmed the wrong time is not tied to the users' time zone in Workfront.

 

Has anyone found a solve for this?

Hi Phillip,

 

Have you checked that the user's timezone is correct in their proof account (as opposed to their Workfront account)? See this article here for more info.
