Proof rotating on download

I have one user who is telling me that whenever she downloads a proof, it is automatically rotating to portrait orientation. She send me her download and it is rotated. I downloaded the same file and it was fine. She said it is just happening in WF, and just to her. The rest of her team are not seeing this. Anyone have any guesses?

Hey Krissy - that's definitely strange! Has she tried it in a different browser? If she downloads it and it's ok in a different browser, she might need to clear her cache in her usual browser. If she has the same experience, I would put in a support ticket and have them help troubleshoot what's going on.
