ProofHQ Timing Out

We receive time out messages randomly. We are told by engineering that this is a security function but this doesn't happen all the time. When it does it is very inconvenient when you have 20 -30 tab open trying to move jobs quickly and you have to log into every single proof again and again.

Curious what is the need of this and how can it balance better with the user experience?
