Pull Users into Custom Forms

Would be nice if the User added in a custom form could auto update Assignments so we don't have to merge data on fields on a report

Would argue that this definitely isn't delivered - as it's missed a key requirement as described in the suggestion: Notifications.

Unless this is planned for a future release - this idea should be marked as not delivered.

The notification part of this was the most appealing – does that work within the feature as delivered?

When will the ability to add multiple users be available? Currently I can only select one.

It's here! With the release of 19.4 we have finalized this iteration of capabilities for this feature. You can now link to different object types, along with the filters that were put in recently. Here is a link to the demo video for multiple objects:

I am going to mark this idea as Delivered. There may be other tweaks/enhancements that you all want or we consider, but the majority of this need is now available. Thanks everyone for helping us push towards great enhancements for you.

In addition to field level filters, which are now available on Preview, look this coming Friday, Oct. 11th, for the ability to create Typeahead fields to more objects than just users! The objects that will be available are:

• Company
• Group
• Job Role
• Portfolio
• Program
• Project
• Team
• Template
• User*

*User of course is already available.

The functionality of all objects will work the same as User's have been, including the new filter capability. Production is planned for Oct. 25th, again, barring any issues found. The demo video can also be found on the release notes page approximately 1 day before Preview availability.

Field level filters are coming soon! Expect to see them in your Preview environment this coming Friday, October 4th. Barring any issues found during the preview window, they will then be made available in Production environments on Friday, October 18th.

I wanted to send you all an update that we are currently working on the ability to create field level filters, so that you can restrict the choices available within any given field, as well as expanding this out to more than just the User object. I will share more updates as we get closer to a release date for those capabilities.
