Remove the 'approval' requirement for New User Creation (standard license)

Description - After opening a support ticket, I've learned that only Sys Admins can create and activate new users with the new license structure.  Users with Standard licenses can create new users, however any users they add to Workfront now require Admin approval to activate.  Legacy Planner licenses did not have this extra step/limitation.

Why is this feature important to you -  We'd like the Standard license to have the ability to instantly activate a new user without requiring admin approval.  This new limitation is adding an extra step to our workflow.  It's resulting in delays as Standard users have to wait/remind admins to approve new users now.  Additionally, the only work around is to make more people Sys Admins which is not ideal and it adds an additional risk.

Is there any update on this? My group admins are just now seeing the need for approval from me and it is disruptive to the workflow of adding someone and then having to flag me for approval.

You mentioned that only system administrators can do this - we have recently reconsidered establishing and training group administrators and the main part of their responsibility in this role would be to create users / expire users / maintain the user list.  Myself, as the lone system admin, find myself way too detached from the different teams to say yes or no individually, and that's not really my role, they want me to push the buttons.  I think it could be better for our group admins to own these teams to a greater level than can exist with a single global administrator.
