Requests: Unable to select a different topic group / queue topic without clearing current selection

Now you are unable to easily switch topic groups / queue topics when trying to submit a request. When you click on the topic group / queue topic, you are not shown the dropdown again. First you have to click the X to clear the current selection, then you can see the options again. This is confusing to users and not intuitive.
