Resource Demand Report

Description - Ability to either create a report or use the resourcing tool(s) to project a roll-up of resourcing/hour needs for various slices of time (ie next month, next quarter, next week, etc.), regardless of whether the hours have been “assigned” to a user or not. We also need to be able to see across multiple clients and scopes.

Why is this feature important to you - Will allow critical visibility into future resource demand, regardless of current planned assignments. 

How would you like the feature to work - Integrated into current offerings within Workload Balancer. Either add an report/export feature to WLB, or connect the Resourcing function to reporting so we can build custom reports that integrated data from WLB/Planner/Utlization.

Current Behaviour - Each feature within Resourcing does only a piece of what we need. WLB doesn't export reports; Utilization requires breaking the data into tiny fragments; Planner only shows assigned hours.
