Resource Management Tool Issues?

Question

Currently my resource management dashboard is not pulling in all planned hours for projects - does anyone else have this issue or have an idea on how to troubleshoot?

When I hit the drop down on a user to view the project list, some of the projects are showing planned hours are 0. When I click into the project there are planed hours within the project. Other projects are pulling hours in like normal.

not sure where the disconnect is?

@jessicara4 by resource management tool do you mean workload balancer?

if yes, than we are having similar issues. Tasks after assignment won't show up in balancer, or they would show up with 0h of allocations.
Sometimes recalculating project timeline does fix the issue, but not always.
