Resource scheduler: consider bring this back

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - it was extremely beneficial to see the unassigned work on the same page as assigned work, this was allocation was much simpler to see who could take on work.

How would you like the feature to work - just as it had before

Current Behaviour - you're not able to review the team report for workload balancer for both unassigned work and assigned work. Unassigned work is not visible by job role.
