SandBox Performance - EMEA Region

Hi There,

Am I the only one to notice, or sandbox performance (response time for CRUD actions) are getting worth and worth?

Hard to work with when managing large number of objects...

A delete action for 300 requests is very very slow, or often never completed....

Is there any plan to improve?

@nfo A few questions to think about:

  • Are you noticing performance issues within your production environment or just Sandbox - it it your Sandbox Preview or Sandbox 1/2 environments?  
  • For actions that are taking longer than expected, or not taking place at all, are you manipulating or deleting native Workfront fields / built-in Workfront data or custom field data? 

I'd recommend submitting a case into Customer Support and include details around the questions I've listed above so they have some context!
