Save a Request prior to Submit

Adding on to Peter and Brittany's requests for an ETA.

I see at the top of the posts it is Under Consideration. What does that mean from a time perspective?

This would be a tremendous capability to have - sometimes our team begins a request but doesn't have all the required info, so has to go back and ends up losing all the previously entered info in the request. Please advise on an ETA for this feature.

There are 46 votes already and it's a huge roadblock for us right now.

We need this. This would be so helpful for extensive custom forms/creative briefs.

We have also had multiple users as for the ability to save issue requests as drafts before submitting to our queue.

This would be great! Went to submit this idea from a coworker (requested by many) and super happy to find that there are TWO requests in the idea exchange that have high votes. Hoping this gets implemented in 17.4 dev cycle. :)
