Search feature error

Description -

Why is this feature important to you - Whenever we try to search any object we are getting the information about Project/Template/Documents associated with the object in the basic search area but the names of the object are getting cut off and not even readable. Even the hover text is also not available for those object.

How would you like the feature to work - Whenever it is showing the object data, though the names are getting cut off we should atleast have the hover text option with the object name.  

Current Behaviour - Now the text is getting cut off and there is no option to expand the right side column
