See image: update tasks but don't allow task name edit

Presently, users can edit task names when they update task %. Please change so that users can edit task % but NOT change task names.

We create reports based on task names so we would like to limit access to task name edits. Also, we use standardize task names and it is really easy to slip on the mouse and change names accidentally.
