Selecting and adding users to multiple proofs, all at the same time

Would like to be able to select multiple files and add all users at once (to multiple files, all at the same time.) Without this functionality, we need to 1.) open the folder 2.) select the proof 3.) open the proof and 4.) add users. Would like to be able to eliminate having to repeat each step for every proof.

This current process is very time consuming.
