Some users not showing up as tagging option in updates

Certain users are not showing up as an option to tag in WF updates. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

This is a known issue with a workaround. I ran into it last week, too. If you experience it, definitely submit a ticket to support.

    Not on my end, I recommend opening a Support ticket for this, with a few example names of users that aren't showing for you. I'd also check if they're showing in sandbox and preview or not too and add this info to the ticket as well.
