Sort groupings in report charts by ascending or descending order.

It would be a great addition to charts to have the ability to sort the Y axis groupings by ascending or descending order.

Example: Currently, if we have a project report, grouped by program, with a bar chart showing Actual Costs, it will display the chart in alphabetical order of the program name.  

We should have the ability to sort the Actual Costs in Ascending or Descending order in charts, displaying the most expensive programs at the top and vice versa.
