SSO: Federation ID should not be case sensitive

I'm still not clear why the Federation ID field in Workfront is case sensitive. If there's not a good reason for this, can we someday make them not case sensitive please?

    1000X yes --- this is a true pain for me as a SystemAdmin. And makes zero sense
