Request Type field normally suffices as title of request form. Would be great to have Subject field as optional.

Subject field as well as project fields needs to be OPTIONAL and a user who is setting the forms and fields up should have the flexibility in what order and if whether they appear at all.

It would be great to get rid of subject field or make it optional. We now have to do a copy/paste function because our organization uses initiative name vs subject. Even if the user can rename the subject field to be something else would be helpful.

We want to keep the Subject field, however it would be very helpful to place custom form fields ABOVE the subject line. We use descriptive text "About this Request" that tells the user what information to include in the Subject field, and what happens to their request after they save it. The same is true for document uploads.

It would be really great to set the order so the user sees the instructions before they see the Subject field.

Optional and / or be able to rename the Subject field. Yes please!

Yes, please change the "subject" field to an optional field. Having the subject field as a required field gets in the way with our request queue. We only need the custom form data that we attach to the request queue.

We would like to be able to change the name of field "Subject" to something that makes more sense for our users. Each custom form could use different terminology, not just changing the term for all of our request forms.

or be able to change the name of the subject line item.
