Suggestion for Workfront

Hello,

Our company would like to suggest an additional feature be made available. It has to do with status/notifications. When a project changes to "at risk" status, we would like to suggest that an automatic notification go out, just as it does when a task/project is completed. This will help our team to not let any tasks fall through the cracks. I was told this was an excellent idea and we would like to know if it's possible.

    Unsure when the Close Proof [X] went away within the proofing tool but it was really helpful. Would love to get it back!

    Hi Kimberly,

    In Settings > Email > Notifications there is a section for "Information about Projects I'm On". Inside that section there's a toggle for "Project Status Change to Project Team". This toggle might accomplish that for you. It's not something we've enabled, but might be what you're looking for.
