Swap Profiles in ProofHQ/Workfront Proof

We are an Adobe partner supporting a client who is migrating from ProofHQ to Workfront platform/Workfront Proof. When attempting to provision new users in Workfront Proof, login defaults to the wrong account (a partner account tied to the login email), and is unable to navigate to the client's instance of Workfront Proof. How can the user get access to the new Workfront Proof instance, without jeopardizing the existing login credentials to their partner instance?

In our instance we create a user in Workfront which then syncs to PHQ/Workfront Proof not the other way around.  Not all of our users have proofing roles so we are able to selectively apply this to certain users.  You might have to go through your Workfront Proof/PHQ user accounts and remove any sus or duplicates inherited in the transition.  It is very easy for multiple emails to be assigned to people with the free nature of how Proofs are distributed.  They're allowed to be shared with any email address so sometimes proofs get shared with alternate addresses
