Hi,

 

I want to generate an on going report for a specific user that tracks all their actions against multiple projects. How do I do that?

Have you considered having the user just looking at Updates (updates & sys activity tab) from their profile page? That shows everything the user does on objects across WF...

    Thanks for your suggestion. However, I need one consolidated report that tracks the users actions for multiple projects for senior management to monitor. The actions I need to consolidate on one report are as follows:

     

    TASK ACTIONS only, tracked in system activity:

    1. Approved 

    4. Any task status changes which include these: Passed, Passed with Changes, Failed.

     

    I need to itemize the report by Project with the tasks as sub items and in one column all the actions the user has done against it.
