Task reporting with ability to log hours directly from report.

Description - Reporting capabilities. Goal of this report is for resource to have a consolidated list of tasks from various projects where they can update their logged hours. 

Why is this feature important to you - Our campaign managers are managing multiple project (10+) at a given time. A report pulling in their tasks where they are able to update the logged hours in real time would help keep all projects they are managing and true time spent as accurate as possible. This would prevent the Campaign Managers from having to go into each project individually.

How would you like the feature to work - Report to pull assigned tasks with ability to edit the logged hours on any tasks in progress or new on all projects based on filters set.

Current Behavior - Task report does not allow you to log hours from the report. Hours report only pulls tasks with time already associated and not tasks that need to be started and logged.
