Team-defined columns

Agreed need more flexibility over this. Would like to control what displays regardless of what Status is Locked, Defaulted, Optional, etc.

Just to add to this. If Product is thinking about the custom statuses that are on the group level, this doesn't work for us because we have some shared services teams that cross multiple groups. Thanks.

We agree with this need. This would allow teams to use the Column status that make sense to them! This is a huge need.
