Team Management in Access Level

Similar to other objects, add the ability for the system administrator to control what access level can create, edit and delete teams.

In addition, incorporate the ability to delegate control of the team to specific individuals. Currently, anyone on the team can edit the team settings or members, which can result in a breakdown in process when teams are used (default team in routing rules).

Hi, all,

I'm glad to inform that we have reprioritized this idea and added it to our roadmap. Currently the functionality is in development and is planned to be released with 2022.1 release.

If you would like to be part of the pilot group and get earlier access to advanced team management controls, please let me know in comments here or contact me at lilitm@adobe.com.

Thanks!

Thank you for this idea. Right now, we're fully occupied with the recent Adobe acquisition and other initiatives, so our development resources are limited for the rest of 2021/early 2022. Since this is officially on our radar, we are always happy to revisit this in the future; but at this point, we don't know when that will be.

Agreed - we've run into the same issue. We need to be able to restrict team creation - and especially deletion - to Admins only.

We need this to be a setting that deleting teams is set by administrator if needed.

Only admins, please!

More specifically, anyone in a team, at least with a plan license, can delete that team.

This is desperately needed!
