Templates for Update section in Workfront

I'm using "update" section in Workfront to convey my messages to stakeholders. Is there any option to store my custom email templates and use the same whenever necessary in update section. It would be helpful if we have such option.

Hi there, not sure I'm following. If you're asking if you can templatize the Updates section so it always has certain text there to fill in/add to, that is not possible. Maybe with Fusion, not sure, but not natively possible.

there are thirdy party apps that could help you with this task, but not Workfront natively.

E.g. there is chrome extension called Text Blaze, with free account you can already have few templates. There are probably others that do that as well.

good luck

HI @rafal_bainie

Thanks for your comments. As per my organizations policy, I'm unable to us third party apps or extensions. I felt that I'm helpless on this.

Hi @madalyn_destafney,

Thanks for your comments. Yes, your understanding is correct. My expectation is to store/save drafts in the update section (by means of template) so that we can use the same whenever required to save typing time. This is much required for the project managers if they use templated drafts for some repeated tasks.

I'm not familar with Fusion. My bad.

Thanks, Vino
