Time Input Format

Description

Is there a way for Workfront to not be so strict with the hh:mm AM/PM format? 

Current Behaviour

Currently, to input time, users need to completely type it in this format hh:mm AM/PM. Otherwise, Workfront will say it's an invalid time

How would you like the feature to work -

Example, the user wants to input 9:00PM or 9:00AM

They should be able to do so just by simply entering in "9p" or "9a" in the time field.

Once user hits Enter, the system formats it to hh:mm AM/PM

Why is this feature important to you -

1) It will allow users to work faster and easier.

Typing in "9:00AM" may not seem much but it definitely adds up, especially for those that work with TIME-specific deadlines more than DATE-specific deadlines.

2) Asana was able to do it. It shouldn't be a big problem for Workfront.
