Workfront

Hi Jennifer, the calendar being referred to here is a new report option to display the time off in the system in a calendar format. As for entering PTO into Workfront, we did just recently greatly enhance the API in Workfront to handle time off entries much easier. That said, making that integration between your Outlook calendars and Workfront would be something you would need to look to doing, or talk to one of our partners. Josh, great news does this WF Time Off Calendar have plans to synch with Outlook Calendar for PTO time - reducing the manual need to manage and maintain both?

iCal seems like an obvious and extremely valuable report format for any date-based content. Project calendar, time off calendar, etc. etc.

I'm very excited to let you all know that I am beginning to look into this! I know it's been one of our top requests for a long time.

I just spent the morning trying to figure out how do create a wholistic PTO calendar as well. This would be VERY helpful. Ideally the calendar could be by team or whole department - shareable with everyone.

I saw your update but I'm not finding PTO Calendar or Manage Calendars drop down?

The resourcing tool and assignment should indicate red or a message, when trying to assign a task or any assignment to someone that is marked as PTO in the WF calendar. This would be really helpful.

I desperately need this functionality. I cannot keep asking my team to log PTO multiple ways, two of them within Workfront. This is a big dissatisfier for us.

If this isn't planned, then does anyone know if it's possible to build a custom calendar in Workfront to show when users are off?
