Timesheet: Warning if the timesheet currently viewed is not the current period

As a user who has to timesheet, I want to be warned if the currently open timesheet is not covering the current period, so I can avoid timesheeting in the wrong period.

The current period is defined by today being in the scope of the open timesheet.
