Is anyone else having issues with an "Unexpected Application Error" in various areas like Dashboards and Projects. The specific error is below. This started about 3 weeks ago. Workfront support believes that it is a problem with our company's firewall / security.

The browser's console log has an error message stating "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED" on "https://mfe-c.static.workfront.com/quicksilver/2a9f2a5b/167f2bf67312886db53a80138d3ab35bd6930d49/wf-mfe-quicksilver.js"

We're seeing the same thing. Open a support ticket to make sure the scale of the problem is accurate.

I have seen a similar error before but it was never consistent nor repeatable. I haven't seen it again in several months though. If this is something that is consistent, I would recommend opening a WF Support ticket and having them help you diagnose. There are several browser dev tools that can help you see what's going on under the hood as it's happening. Adobe support can help guide you through that.
