I also use milestones to plot publish dates on an editorial calendar. So far people love it!

The calendar follows whatever the default timezone is for the instance. Other time zones and schedules are not honoured.

@randyroberts Should we expect that calendar must follow the users schedule, if we select in Setup area?

It should be noted that the calendar does NOT honour time zones. If your default time zone is US based and you have someone in Europe that set their time off to be all day, it will show as 2 days. This is why we cannot use the calendar for time-off. See image for reference.

Is there a way to set a recurring/annual event in the calendar?
For example, employee reviews on anniversary dates each year?
