👋 Welcome New Workfront Community Members — October 2025

Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community🎉. Whether you’re brand new or have been here a while, this space is all about learning, sharing, and connecting with peers who get what you do every day.

In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.

If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:

  • What company and role are you in
  • Which feature you’re using most
  • One area you want to get better at
  • How long have you been working with WF
  • How long have you been using WF

And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
👉 If you could rename one feature in Workfront to something more fun, what would you call it?

✨ If you’re already part of the community, jump in too — share a tip, answer a question, or just welcome someone new. Every reply makes this space more valuable for everyone.

We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.

Buddies for this month: @monicacardoso@_manish_singh@lyndsy-denk@pan_shahbazian@kristens_wf@madalyn_destafney , @lawson02 , @suryalakhani , @nicholevargas and @amyreilly

Hi!  I'm with Flexjet in Cleveland, Ohio.  I've been using WF for 3 weeks now and I'm using the custom filter feature the most.  I want to get better at creating a request queue because I think that's the first thing I need to implement successfully.

Hello,

I am a Group Admin for Signify Health. I've only been working with WF for a month, but in that time I have become most familiar with Request Queues. I want to get better at using the Proofing Tool.

Welcome, @oliviach5 ! Great to have you here and impressive that you’ve already gotten comfortable with Request Queues in just a month! They can be such a game-changer for managing intake smoothly. The Proofing Tool is another powerful feature, once you get the hang of it, especially for collaboration and version control.
