Christine, what is this tweak you speak of, with the issue opening straight to the custom forms section? I am intrigued and would like to see that discussion!

our internal clients receive a task approval for external expenses such as printing. I set up their layout templates to show all the custom fields they need to review that expense right on Home. So they see all the details along with the approve/reject buttons all in one place.
