Hi Kathleen, I applaud your comments - email = engagement formula, and invite you to reinforce that message by deploying "https://one.workfront.com/s/question/0D50z00006Px4LvCAJ/" The Scoop , for a quick win! Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore

@Kathleen Quan If you wanted to see how many comments have been made within Workfront, I would recommend creating a Note report, adding a filter for Note Text > Is Not Blank (as this will filter out System Updates) and then grouping your report by project name. Then, click into the Chart tab and select an appropriate chart type (bar chart, for example) and it should automatically populate with Project Name for one axis and Record Count (of notes) on another. Another way to track adoption is to create a User Report and filter that by Last Login Date > (Select Your Time Frame) and then group the report by Manager Name so that you can share this information with each team. This will give you a sense of who is actually logging into Workfront based on the time frame you select. If you have any questions, let me know! Nichole Vargas Customer Programs Specialist, Workfront
