Which Document Versions Are Client Versions

Need a way to do a document version report and see which ones where "client facing."

Ideally, it would be a document version that had an approval (document or proof workflow) that had a stage called Client.

Another option would be to do some type of document version custom form so Version 1 can have a different value for a custom field than Version 2.
