Description - Workfront Dark Mode

Why is this feature important to you - Default Workfront is incredibly straining on the eyes

How would you like the feature to work - Provide a black or dark background instead of white

Current Behaviour - Non-existent

Yes please, this would be a great addition after the new home experience. Dark mode enabling should be user specific and can be placed in the user profile. Please make this a reality.

Having a dark mode option is an absolute must! It's extremely painful when you have to spend several hours a day on this platform.

I would love this feature.

For now though this maybe be of some use to others, you can force enable dark mode on any site. Visit "chrome://flags/#enable-force-dark" and set "Auto Dark Mode for Web Contents" to "Enabled with selective inversion of non-image elements"

This is not a long term solution as some websites will look terrible with it forced into dark mode but it works from me with WorkFront.

Thank you for this, I was using a Chrome Extension but the proofs were also color inverted. This only inverts the HTML.

Hi folks,

For dark mode, in Chrome:

  • go to chrome://flags
  • search for “dark”
  • enable the dark mode option
  • accept the restart prompt

Regards,

Doug

please add dark mode. as a remote worker, I work a variety of times throughout the day with various lighting. not having an option just seems out of step with web accessibility ease

I highly recommend a dark mode version for strain on eyes and accessibility options.
