Workfront UTM Generator for Multiple URLs per Deliverable

Greetings! We recently made a UTM generator form that's 1:1 - meaning it builds all the UTMs necessary per channel for one singular URL. However, we haven't figured out how to do this when multiple URLs are involved for a campaign. Do any of you have suggestions?

Would you use Fusion? Or, is it possible to generate without Fusion? TY

DeborahLeigh123, could you use the process you currently have, however, use display logic to show a 2nd, 3rd, etc. set of fields of the form where the team can populate another URL and have the rest of UTM items added to it?

It might go like this:

  • A custom field drop-down with numbers 1 - 5 asking How many URLs are you tagging?
  • If 2 it selected it has two sets of fields that mimic what you've already built and seems to work

that's the theory in my head anyway 🙂
