Workload Balancer: Add "Program" filter

As we have a huge amount of portfolios, programs, and projects I need to filter on Programs in the Workload Balancer to use the tool. This applies for both assigned and unassigned filters. I still use scheduling but would like to switch to Workload Balancer so I hope this is on your roadmap?

It would be great if the Workload balancer was also available at the Program level (in the same way it is available at the project level).
