Hi! We are struggling to get our marketing channels right. First, we fixed the behaviour after accepting cookies, which reloaded the page and, as a result, set the referrer to our site, no matter what. That made Refresh Session extremely high. Now, our IT team has made a modification, and Adobe Debugger captures under Referrer ('r') the right referral (Google.com, for instance). However, after the first hit (let's say, a click), that Referrer changes to our site again. So, what we have now is an external Referral (Google) on first page load, first click, but then it switches to our site for the rest of the Visit. Is this the right behaviour? We know that Referral captures "where the visitor comes from", but we are concerned this will set all Visits' marketing channel to Typed/Bookmarked (which, indeed, is like 40% of our traffic now).  We thought the referral should remain for the Visit (unless the Visitor, within the same Visit time, comes from a different external site

I'm trying to create a segment that includes visits to the review page that coming from the product page (previous page name). Is the correct way is adding the product page and after > review page? also after creating segment how should I create the table? is adding the review page name is enough?  

Hi,Although I see similar questions have been asked by different users before, but still I'm not able to find a satisfactory answer and I'm not sure if it's a bug specific to workspace analysis?If I just want to see an overall view of avg.time spent on site, I see 'infinity' but if I break it down by months or some other dimension then I can the values being populated. Hi. I revised the Internal URL filter used by my company, replacing the dot (.) with entries for all sister domains associated with our website. As a result, I've observed changes in the data for both the Internal category and the Natural marketing channel. Internal marketing channel data have suddenly dropped and Natural have increased. Is it expected behavior? Thank you.

Currently, our organisation has a report suite for Web, and another for App.  What would be the best way to combine/consolidate the two without losing previous data?  

Hi,We are working on a requirement to pull data from Adobe Analytics into Tableau or Power BI and looking if there is an existing API that is available.We are specifically looking for an API that exports the data from Analysis Workspace, data from a specific panel that is configured using required segments, dimensions and metrics. For example, we have a panel in Analysis Workspace for 5XX errors on our website for a time period of last 1 month. and we want to export only this data from panel to be exported into Tableau.We are looking for options other than Tools -> Data Warehouse options for the reason it involves placing a file SFTP location and Tableau needs access to that and read the data; APIs would be real-time. We are considering Tableau over Analysis Workspace visualizations because there is a learning curve for using Adobe Analysis Workspace.Any inputs on the approaches to achieve this would be really appreciated. ThanksSrikanth 

Hi guys,I want to ask maybe a simple question, but I am not sure I got it right.We have 30 30-day Marketing channel expiration in the Report Suite settings. Does it mean that when I check the reporting, it only makes sense to look at the lookback windows of 30 days or less for different attribution models? Because everything above 30 days will not be attributed because of the expiration? Thank you in advance,Kate

Recently, we transitioned our team's Power BI dashboards from SharePoint to Adobe Connector 2.0. This all worked fine, except when we uploaded the desktop Pbix files to the web service version of Power BI. Hi All,  I have segment at visit level with "Then" condition in it.. This segment is visible workspace, however the same in not visible in Data warehouse. Any help here.

When I see the no. of orders report in workspace for date range of 1st jan - 31st jan 2024 When seeing report On Feb 2nd : No of orders = 100When seeing report On Feb 15th : No of orders = 120 what could be the reason?

Use Case: We have the following use case, we have an array of objects in AEP as part of a profile schema. Each object contains the following attribute: Status -> can have values: Active or Pend or CancelledIndicator 1: BooleanIndicator 2: BooleanSome Other attributes So to conceptualize, our data would look something like this within AEP for the array of objects in the details array for a given profile. Sample data:details : [{ Status: Active, Indicator 1: true, Indicator 2: false …},{ Status: Pend, Indicator 1: false, Indicator 2: true …},{ Status: Cancelled, Indicator 1: true, Indicator 2: false …}] We want to create a filter to capture all profiles in our CJA dashboard that have an object in the array where all the following conditions are met:1. I'm setting up a virtual reporting suite for an external vendor however, when I try to create the required dashboard for their use case, I'm presented with the error message that select components (marketing channel, marketing channel details and return frequency are not components I'm able to grant permission to/share with this VRS. What am I missing or where should I troubleshoot next? Thank you in advance! 

Questions 1) Once we create a Adobe Analytics Dataflow using source connector in AEP. Do we need to rename all the events/dimensions in dataview stage in CJA. I dont see the event names populated automatically. Do you know what could be the possible reasons?2) If we have multiple domains and 1 report suite for each domain. What is the best dataview settings to bring in all the report suites data to create like a global report suite. Running into some issues for classification dimensions and not sure how to import them for each report suite and use it in CJA Dataview. Please throw some light on the multiple report suite <> global report suite scenario as well. 

Hlo community, While getting the marketting channel campaign traffic data  I can see the two dimension defining campaign name( last touch channel detail and tracking code) but data differs for both dimension 

I am trying to create a segment to group the last touch channels into an Organic Group and a Paid Channel. For the organic group, I tried two different rules to test the segments. In the first segment, I included all the organic channels like SEO, Direct, and Referral Domains, and for the second segment, I excluded the paid channels like SEM, Paid Social, etc. When I test both segments, I get different numbers for SEO and Direct. I am attempting to create a segment that will group the last touch channels into either Organic or Paid. To test the segment for Organic channels, I created two different rules. The first rule included all organic channels such as SEO, Direct, and Referral Domains. The second rule excluded paid channels such as SEM and Paid Social. However, when I tested both segments, the numbers for SEO, Direct, and other organic channels appeared different." and other organic channels. Please check the attached screenshot. The "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" has stopped working. When this option is selected, I can no longer access the date comparison menu. Usually, this is a right-click on the metric title. The menu pops up and I select my comparison type. Now I have to deselect the "Make date range components relative to panel calendar" option to add a date comparison. That date comparison is of course not relative to the panel which was the point of the component relative feature.

Hey All,I have framed 2 rules scCheckout & Shipping in a single page with separate data layer for both the specific events as shown below. I have created separate XDM data elements also for the same. But i am not able to view the network call for the shipping rule i have configure.Kindly help me sort the issue.. 

Since a month or so line visualizations that are manually resized to fit a panel and previously were scaled responsively now appear with scroll bars. Is this a bug that is expected to be fixed?This is very unfortunate as also the visualizations in scheduled projects now have the scroll bars and the data is not completely visible
