Hi, I have created a report builder report with a dozen metrics.  Is there a way to duplicate the report so I don't have to specify the same metrics to pull every time?  Looking at the report request manager (screenshot attached), I don't see an option to duplicate. Thank you in advance for your help!Lu

Can someone help to explain why the average time spent on site for person ID dimension (i.e. 36 seconds) does not tally with the average time spent on site for form ID dimension (40 seconds)? Hello All,   My company has set up an "XYZ - AI support" chatbot on one of our domains, and I could see it implemented as an element on pages. However, the companies whose AI support chatbot we have implemented have advised us to use their official web widget events instead of home-baked events for tracking in Adobe Analytics.   The process says: 1) To install the Web Widget API, you need to include the "XYZ - AI support" object in your HTML. For this step, I created a DOM-ready rule in Launch and passed that JavaScript snippet into the custom code 2) The next step is to start using all the events that they have provided to capture info into analytics like on Modal Open, on Moda close, on query submit, etc etc.    I am wondering will those events will go separately in the click-based event rule in Adobe Launch? where I need to create data elements for all those events with javascript and map them to the eVars for info capturing into analytics.

Hi there, I'm trying to set up an alert that will trigger based on a weighted composition value that is computed. I will include a screenshot of the math using orders, but my use case is looking at total null searches WoW and assigning a weight to how much a specific search term influenced total null searches WoW. As a result, sorting by this weight would show the null searches that should be fixed first and are influencing total null searches the most. The math below says orders for hotels decreased -14,100 WoW vs all departments -68,891 WoW. As a result the decrease in hotel orders is 20.2% of the total decrease. Given all departments decreased -24.3% WoW, hotels made up -4.91% of the total decrease. This would easily translate to null searches where if null searches went up by X%, we'd want to deal with the top Y that are greatly influencing this total number X. I'm confused how to set up an alert for the highlighted column below that will say if any department (or se

I'm hoping someone has a solution they can share! Right now, we are able to have some YoY summary change widgets along with YoY trended line charts based on a key metric summary table. Unfortunately, if someone were to select a different date range in the date selector, the comparison period changes. No longer is YoY the selected option, but it redefaults to "previous period" instead. This causes a lot of confusion if someone was previously looking at YoY but now looking at previous period comparisons after selecting different dates and unable to get back to that YoY comparison.I've included a video of what happens when i change date range from last 90 days defaulted to last 30 days instead. You can see the comparison period in the trended graph line changes to previous period. Any thoughts on a solution to default to YoY comparison regardless of what dates are selected? Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to understand better on the following I am looking at Event3 Hits where prop22 = "ABC" and it give me 100 EventI further enhance that by sequential segment saying "Pageviews Exist" and Prop22 = "XYZ" then within 1 pageview Event 3 exists and Prop22 ="ABC" where I get the 200 Events.  Could someone elaborate why we see this different when it comes to a sequential segment.  

Does anyone know if there is a way to set preferences for workspace and apply to all users besides the options available in the Company tab? 

Hi , i am trying to create a sequential filter or segment in CJA which has this logic like customer who have shoped after clicking the email linkso the segment would look like this Email = click then , After 1 weekShop purchasersbut here what would be the option to be selected for this result should it be after one day or after one week or within one day or one week 

I'm having an issue with assigning credit to campaigns for a conversion metric. We want to see which campaigns result in a client login/registration within 2 days of it being sent out.  The segment I created is assigning credit to every campaign a person sees, regardless of whether that individual campaign was responsible for the conversion. For example, if Jim Smith saw Campaign A on March 1- converted to login on this one, Campaign B on April 4 (no login), and Campaign C on April 15 (no login), it's showing that all three campaigns are credited with the "action complete" when that isn't actually the case. I only want it to show that Campaign A receives credit for conversion, not the other two.  Is there a way to handle this in CJA?  

We started migrating from visitor ID to ECID, but for some reason we see a drop of visitors by around 20% for one of our brands. We are unable to find that why is that happening if anyone could help?

The Adobe Launch tag is created but it seems like Google Ads and Tag Manager isn't connceted. The 'Tag Name' doesn't appear in GTM Preview Mode. Although, the Gtag extenesion is used in Adobe Launch for Google Analytics.Can the team help in the connection of the two platforms?

I need to know if we can make metrics in Adobe Analytics and pass it to Power BI. Is it possible? How to do it?

We have two parts of our web application: one which is open and one where you need to log in and have created an account to access other pages (like a Customer Portal). Both of these parts of the application are currently being tracked via the same Report Suites. For the part where the user logs in, we have our own unique visitor ID which is sent via an eVar (the userID). I would like when this eVar is sent to use it as the Unique Visitor ID for the computations in Adobe Analytics, and it seems that I can set this up following this tutorial (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/admin/admin-tools/manage-report-suites/edit-report-suite/conversion-variables/unique-visitor-variable/t-unique-visitor-variable). What I am wondering, is what will happen for the part of the application which is open. If the userID is not set up, will it revert back to default visitor ID count from Adobe Analytics? or will it break completely the metrics based on visitor IDs as the user

Scenario : CTA event (eventx) should be fired on every cta present on the website. It is happening correctly but it is firing two times sometimes. Below is the screenshot for network tab where first call showcase the parameters for analytics parameters.In second call or duplicated call, there is one more attribute "sdid" getting generated in the payload. Is this Target paramater? Data Collection rules and event listeners are checked correctly , first call is only required that is event should be fired one time.  This scenario is quite intermittent , not always duplicate call is captured but what could be the probable reasons for it happen. Thanks in Advance.

Is there a way to view, within the browser, where tags exist?  Specifically I want to know what tags exist on buttons/links.  Something similar to the Chrome developer tools that let you hover over an element to see details.  I'd prefer to see visually all tags on the page using something like tooltips, but if I have to hover like the Chrome tool below I guess that would suffice.  I don't see any such functionality in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension.  Thanks!
