Hi, I am trying to get the 'getNewRepeat' plugin to work.  Issue: the value being set is always shown as "new" and never shows "repeat".  So far I have:published the Common Web SDK Plugins extensioncreated a data element for the "getNewRepeat" pluginapplied the data element value to an evar ECID is enabled for the tag, but the value is always showing as "new". I also confirmed the cookie 's_nr' is being set, and also only ever shows as 'new'. I am perhaps missing some other configuration that assists with this plugin to determine if 'new' or 'repeat'?

I have a few questions about the Bot Activity recorded in Adobe Analytics: Since the table shows bot page views for the current quarter (FY26Q1), is it fair to say that we are serving analytics calls to the bots listed in the table?Is there any way to measure bot activity against pages?For a short term solution, can I create an excluded hit-based segment where Bot Name exists?Will the Hit Governor Plugin allow us to limit Analytics calls being served to bots?

But what if I only know dateRangeId? I see that this question comes up every once in awhile. Unfortunately I'm still struggling to understand the logic between why the fallout is displaying a different total than the freeform when the components being applied are virtually the same. Any help on this is much appreciated.  I have a fallout and a freeform displaying how many people last year performed specific button clicks, which are contained in a segment.  As you can see from both screenshots, the number of people for each visual is different.  The segment is a very simple one. It contains multiple versions of a button click (custom link): Each black line essentially is a different custom link. What's interesting is what happens when I go into the segment builder from the fallout row menu. The summary or validation area shows a different number of people as well than the fallout does.Can someone tell me why this is? Using a segment: (HIT =>  (HIT =>    (    LAST TOUCH CHANNEL DETAIL contains any of [myCondition]    AND    LAST TOUCH CHANNEL DETAIL does not contain any of [myOtherCondition]    )  )) but i get results back for Last Touch Channel Detail values when looking at Entries (or any other metric) that fail the first of this && condition and so should not be included....I thought?. Im not sure.... but any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Hi,I have a question. Currently we want to track a customer clicking on the banner from our app and landing on the website get converted or not? Like % of customer who started their journey from the app and completed/converted on the website. So how do we do that by appending the URL through ECID( external campaign ID). Will that ECID stay through the user journey until completion? Is there any other best practise?@jennifer_dungan 

Hi team,I wanted to fully understand if we should use a visitor level container or a hit level for the case here- I want to capture the number of unique visitors over a period of time/months who have done a custom click events (e74 in the pic below). So, should i use visitor level segmentation container or a hit level- i am very sure it is visitor level but am being challenged here by a colleague so asking the experts here :). Also, any video/document which clarifies the difference between the segmentation containers with examples will be helpful. Thanks! 

I'm interested in seeing what is the first clicked item when user lands on a page (at an aggregate level). Is there a way to set up a segment for this? To follow up, I would be curious what users are clicking on first, then what's the top 2nd clicked button on the page, top 3rd etc. I'm trying to build out the user journey to understand what users are clicking on (1st, 2nd,3rd, etc) when they're on a specific page.  For example, I would like to be able to understand whether most users are clicking on the nav first or are they clicking on body then clicking on nav?

Hi - I am following the below documentation for setting up an API connection from CJA to PowerBI using PostgresSQL. I am using the expiring credentials for now to test what I want to see in Power BI before setting up the non-expiring credentials. When I try to connect the PostgresSQl to PowerBI, I keep receiving this error. My credentials are not expired. Has anyone received this same error message? If so, can you please provide what steps you took to troubleshoot? I have tried to troubleshoot myself and have not been able to figure out what to do.

However, when I try to access the projects I get the following message: “You do not have access to the report suite this project was saved in. I created the "Pages then Pages" segment, but why does it show only one page when I break it down by Pages after filtering by Visitor ID?From what I understand, since it's a journey involving two pages, there should be at least two page views, so this seems strange...What I wanted was to calculate the stay time for "Pages then Pages," but when I just look at the Visits, it only shows one page when broken down by Page, which seems odd.Also, could you explain the difference between Time Spent per Visit (seconds) and Average Time on Site?
