Adobe Analytics

Hi all, I have about 6500 products (unique SKUs) that I need to report on as a set. We did some work on these SKUs and need to be able to isolate performance reporting to just those SKUs, not the product category as a whole. It was recommended to me to make a classification with just those SKUs in it within our product SKU evar; I followed Adobe's instructions on how to make a classification. It shows up as a new dimension in the Adobe workspace, but it is not isolated to just my set of SKUs that I uploaded using the classification uploader. How do I fix this? The "top items" summary says "unspecified" and when I try to filter by the product SKU evar, it shows SKUs that are not in the list of 6500. 

Hi All, Adobe Analytics (WebSDK)We are firing a numeric event on purchase that captures the number of coupons used in the transaction.We know coupons are being used but we are missing values 65% of the time.Running manual transactions and looking at the debugger doesn't drop coupon counts.Already made sure the event type is a number and not a string and dropped by AEP.Wondering the cause and ways to approach it.Although unlikely the cause, I read that is best to use data object over xdm object and we are using xdm object, does this mean that can be faulty or data object just better for CJA and other tools, future-proofing reasons?Thanks in advance.R 

I think it's crazy that this hasn't been added to visualizations... For example, I send PDFs to certain stakeholders and I have to show ugly tables in the PDF because I can't add labels to the Horizontal Bar Chart. 

A few years ago, we worked with another team within our family of companies to install Launch and Analytics for their website. A Launch property and some rules were created and data collection ran fine. That company's ownership was moved to another organization and we need to stop collecting their web data. I'm in contact with the people who I worked with when Launch and AA were originally set up. I've asked them repeatedly to remove the Launch embed code from their site, but for some reason I don't fully understand, they're struggling to do it. I still see hits in Workspace and every time I ask to remove the embed code, they say they've done it, only for me to see more hits. At this point, I'm looking for a way to forcibly stop data collection even if the embed code is not removed from parts of their site.I thought about creating a condition in Launch rules such that if the domain is their domain, do not fire the rule. I want to track how many users who are differently abled are landing on my webpage. The suggestion I received is to track screen reader usage. How can I access this information using Adobe Analytics? Do I need to embed screen reader detection code on my site, or how does this work?

In Paid Search, I am seeing a lot of "None" - what might be the cause of that?2. The value for "search_keyword" in the : delimited "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)" string is consistently "::empty::" for Paid Search. Obviously this is useless information. Is this a bug/limitation with "Search Engine + Search Keyword(s)", or is there something else that might be contributing to this issue here?

What is UTM Parameter? Tagging URLs is a simple and effective way to capture data about your digital marketing efforts. It is the process of adding parameters to the end of URLs that gather and record data. The most used parameters are Urchin Tracking Modules (UTMs), which are supported by Google. I am currently updating our Adobe Analytics dashboards for 2025 and notice something incorrect in one of our dashboards(screenshot below).I find this a bit odd, as no gated content form is offered on the first, third, or eighth pages. Could you explain why these are counted as gated content form conversions in Adobe Analytics.  

Hi everyone,our implementation - we are sending data to adobe analytics through AEP WEB SDK using DCR approach through EDGE network IssueAs per the existing Implementation - we are tracking the CTA button names/text present on the U.I on the Web Interaction Link Click calls. However, on the Web Interaction Commerce events (Like add to cart, instant purchase etc) we are passing custom hard coded value as name of the CTA, which is polluting the data that is flowing to Adobe Analytics  especially, we are not firing a seperate link click call on the click of CTA's like "Add to Cart", "Buy now" for which, we are firing only commerce typed web interaction call where we are passing custom hard coded names as "Action name" on these calls When i checked with Developer to make the CTA name (Action name) tracking consistent on all web interaction calls, he mentioned he was having some technical challenges which I don't know/I'm not aware of Currently, I proposed

We are working on a client that has a profile dataset available in CJA. As part of our analysis tasks, we want to know the subscriptor statement (actived or canceled) at a given snapshot. However, when we set the report, we are observing that when a profile dimension is used for a specific event, CJA returns multiple value if user has multiple values during along the time, acting as a list var. If I break down the marketing channel with marketing channel detail am getting the none value. can you please tell the why it was happening

Hi everyone, I have a query regarding our Marketing Channel rules. We have configured a rule where if the query string parameter utm_source equals "youtube," the traffic is categorized under the "YouTube Channel." However, during data analysis, we noticed that the same URL sometimes appears under the "Social Network" channel as well. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Also, does Adobe evaluate Marketing Channel rules for every hit, regardless of whether it's a page view or a link tracking call?

We are in process of implementing AEP Edge SDK for app. While doing so I noticed launches are higher than visits. Is it normal to have higher visits than launches? Any doc which explain this would be better or any expert view on this will be helpful. Thanks,

Could someone clarify the exact XDM fields required to trigger this event correctly? Been noticing many instances of marketing channel instances going into the incorrect marketing channels ignoring all rules set up in processing rules . In this example, there is traffic that should be going into 'Paid Search' (which has #1 top priority in processing order) however they flow into 'Referring Domains' instead (which is at a much lower priority/processing order). Please refer to the screenshots below for the exact Processing Rules for 'Paid Search' and also a screenshot of the Paid Search detection rules setup. We have 4 conditions which must all match in order for the traffic to flow into 'Paid Search'. All conditions have been precisely satisfied, yet it still fails to flow into the correct marketing channel. Anyone know why does this happen?  

We have our Analtyics for Target data integrated properly but the variables are not available in the data feed that we need to do further analsysis. Is there a way to enable them in the data feed? I've already tried passing their values to an eVar, but the values/counts are never matching. Does anyone have any experience creating a workaround to get A4T variables into a data feed? Much appreciated.

in our tracking on page load rule we are capturing the page URL in an eVar (v26) which has many sections on it and click of each section we are capturing "section title" in another evar (v48) in an event based rule.When I am pulling a report of Page URLs( v26) broken down with "Section Title" (v48) and pulling v48 (section tile) instances as metrics. It shows section titles which are not on that page. for example https://www.xyz.com/home/industries/ has these sections - Let's explore and My lab testhttps://www.xyz.com/home/career/ has these sections - Connnect with expert and Talk to your HR when I am generating a report of https://www.xyz.com/home/industries with breaking it with evar48 (section Tiitle" with "section title" instance as metrics it shows "Talk to your HR" as well as a line item. All the evars have default settings. Any suggestion why we is this happening ? and what could be the fix?

Hi everyone, I am observing a significant volume of data that is being labeled as "None" within the marketing channel category. After closely examining the data and its traffic sources, it becomes clear that a substantial portion of this data is either not specified or belongs to other active marketing channels.  Are there any problems with our marketing channel rules that might be causing data to appear under the "None" marketing channel? I have included a few screenshots of the marketing channel rules for your reference.
