Hi everyone! I´m trying to calculate the Bounces and Bounce Rate in Data Feed, but I´m not finding the right way.I´ve tried to combine the visit_num, visit_page_num, page_event and post_page_event fields, but I can´t find the same number of the Workspace Analytics. @isinha had a post with this question (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/how-to-calculate-bounces-and-bounce-rate-from-data-feed/m-p/298465#M23300), but I can´t solve anyway. I appreciate the help to solve this problem! Hi All,Need help from anyone to fix the below ACPCore library issue in iOS app.  Issue : After installed the react-native-acpcore version 2.0.0 in React Native application, the iOS app is showing the below error when I try to build the app.My Xcode version is 12.4. My iOS app is Swift based app. 'ACPCore.h' file not found with <angled> include; use "quotes" instead Screen shot is for the reference. Any help on this issue is great for us to fix that. Note: If we replace the <> brackets to "" then the app is working fine without any issues.  Thanks,Koti Reddy

Hello Analytics Experts,I hope everyone is have a great day. I would like to seek your assistance regarding your best practice when using the getPreviousValue with Common Web SDK Plugins extension Scenario:I created a Data Element using the following sample setup (see screenshot below). However, when I tried calling _satellite.getVar("Previous Page Name"), the returning value are always current Page Name value, and not the "Previous Page Name" value. Do you have any best practice on how we can get the actual previous value when using the getPreviousValue with Common Web SDK Plugins extension? Thank you in advance.

I have a "Marketo form" enabled on various site pages. I even successfully track the form submissions using the "Direct Call" Rule via launch to report in Adobe Analytics. However, for one specific page with the same Marketo Form, I want to create a separate rule in Adobe Launch to map some specific eVars for some purpose. So, I was wondering can I add the condition to the rule as per the below screenshots so that when a form gets submitted on that specific page then those specific eVars that I want to map can also get triggered. Is this is okay?   NOTE: in the existing rule for tracking marketo form submits the direct call trigger happens only when a successful form submission happens and then adobe launch performs the further actions.    For example: If a specific page to which I want to add a set of eVars looks like  https://www.qwe.com/about-us/events/technical-series        

Hi - I'm seeing this on a couple of reports and not understanding why. Occurrences will give me something like "1385 out of 2772" instead of "2772 out of 2772." The partial value for Occurrences will match the value I get for Page Views (e.g. "1385 out of 1385"). Screenshot below. Any thoughts on what's happening? 

In the flow diagram report, I need to add more dimension in the flow, by default it only lets me add one metric that I can breakdown with one more dimension only, how can I add more and different dimensions in it? 

I am new to Adobe CJA  API and my team wants to fetch the top viewed page with the exact number of views using reports API: https://developer.adobe.com/cja-apis/docs/api/#tag/Reporting-API. My team has already created a Adobe CJA Workspace project for the same. I was able to make connection and get the data from https://cja.adobe.io/reports/topItems for the pageviews but it only provides the page URL without the number of views. I tried /reports API but somehow https://cja.adobe.io/reports doesn't work for me and give me below error:{"errorCode": "invalid_json_input","errorDescription": "Invalid JSON. I am trying to pull reports from Data Warehouse that use multiple breakdown dimensions, including segments, but am not able to add segments as a dimension. Found this old thread suggesting it is not supported in Adobe Analytics 1.4 API, is that still the case? If it is still the case, how could I use Adobe Analytics 2.0 API to get the same reports with multiple breakdowns including segments as a dimension?

Hi, I found the uv of the same week dosen't match with different time range selected (filters and segments are the same). A screenshot is attached for reference. Could someone help to clarify whether this is a bug or if there's a specific reason behind it?

Hello,I'm working on sending user consent using the setConsent action type in Adobe Launch. I’m specifically trying to compare the Profile against the ECID generated. While I can see that the consent lands in the Profile, the IdentityMap sent along with setConsent doesn’t appear to be recorded in the Profile, and the stitching between the ECID and the ID in IdentityMap isn’t occurring.Additionally, I’d like to know how to send idSpecific in setConsent and what the object structure should look like.Here’s my setConsent object: [the code below is coming the data element : %Consent Object%]  Send Consent Launch Rule Setup   

We have a mobile app running on iOS.  Starting September 20th – the launch of iOS 15 – our visits metric began steadily increasing, and continues to this day.  However, most of these increased visits don’t have a page view associated with them.  When I create a segment for “visits with page views >=1”, those visits remain on the trendline that we expect. iOS 15 introduced a feature called App Prewarming, where the operating system will launch the app and execute the launch sequence up to a certain point then pause it – in an effort make the actual user-initiated startup happen faster.   We use the Adobe Launch mobile SDK and have it tied to the app’s lifecycle events.  We also use Firebase tied to lifecycle events and it shows the same increase in visits, so what we are seeing is most likely related to this Prewarming ‘feature’. Has anyone else seen this and what actions have you taken in response?

Hi there, I have a unique problem. We have non-headless bot crawlers on our site that visit one specific page, leave, and then change their IP via iCloud's Privacy Relay, change their user agent, clear cache and cookies, and then re-visit the same page to scrape data.  Typically we would implement bot rules that exclude IPs from a given ISP/bot farm, but with iCloud's privacy relay, the gigantic pool of IPs being used overlaps with real customers! We have an exclusion segment in place, with talks of making a virtual report suite that also gets around these bots. Before we spend billable hours though, I just wanted to sanity check if anyone here would do it differently. Am I missing anything regarding bot rules, or have these bots truly stumped adobe's frontline capabilities? I know this isn't an adobe Launch forum, but surely there's nothing to be done there either without a mountain of (arguably) delicate JS.  While brainstorming, perhaps I could make a better excl

I have some varaince being captured in click stream for natural traffic down by 26% when comparing it against adobe analytics datawhy would this happen ?this trend was observed only for specific few dates in a month no key trend like weekend or week day.The impact is not much but thought of investigating.

Hi All happy '25, I need clarification of the types of attribution on the box before last at bottom of page here (also attached to this post):https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics-platform/using/cja-components/cja-filters/filter-builder I'm going to assume Events in the box are not 'metrics' in a traditional Adobe Analytics (as in event1 means form completion etc) way but a sequence of actions taken in a session, such as step 1, 2, etc. Repeating (default), first row:All events (steps) look fine except Event 4, why does it need to use persistence when Page Name equals Women is being hit at that moment?Instance, second row:Why isn't Event 4 being recorded? I'm thinking it is a page reload and instances are only counted when there are other pages (or different dimension values) between in the journey? if so perhaps adding that in the explanation to the documentation will make it easier to comprehend.Non-repeating instance, third row:I'd think is only recorde

Hi, Currently we consume Adobe Analytics from our scripts and there's no issue with loading those overall. But we have issues with the plugins. All of those plugins are loaded using 'new Function()' javascript and that is considered unsafe-eval. What can be done to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Hi Community Members, I have a question about managing data in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Our client is planning to use CJA for analysis in the future. Currently, the setup involves sending all event data to a dataset in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), which is then connected to CJA for reporting purposes. Now, we’re considering applying a Time-to-Live (TTL) policy to this dataset (6 months). With TTL in place, data older than 6 months would be deleted from the dataset. My question is: If the data is deleted from the AEP dataset, will it also be deleted from CJA? or Will CJA pull in the data from data lake and not profile store? Additionally, what are the best practices for handling this situation? The requirement is for CJA to retain all historical data, while the profile in AEP should only maintain data from the last 6 months. One potential solution we’ve identified is to duplicate the data by creating two datasets: One dataset enabled for profiles (with a 6-month TTL). Anot
